How do I clean my jewellery?
We hope you’re enjoying wearing your Temprell jewellery. Did you know we offer a complimentary cleaning service?
Day-to-day wear can gradually dull the surface of gemstones and precious metals, so do pop in and a member of our team will carefully refresh your pieces. Our ultrasonic clean takes just a few minutes—but the results really do speak for themselves.
Short of time? You can do this at home. Clean the ring with hot soapy water and an old toothbrush. Be sure to rinse thoroughly to remove any soapy residue.
WHY SHOULD I GET A FULL REFURBISHMENT?
It may be time to give your jewellery a little well-deserved TLC. Every 18 months, we recommend a full refurbishment for your ring(s) to gently buff away surface imperfections, revive the brilliance of your gemstones, and restore that original sense of occasion. Simply book an appointment with us and our workshop will take care of the rest, with most pieces ready within 1–2 weeks. (We charge just £20 for this service if the jewellery is purchased from us)

SHOULD I INSURE MY JEWELLERY?
Like all valuable possessions, we recommend insuring your jewellery for peace of mind. Items valued over £1,500 will often need to be itemised on your household insurance policy, although this can vary between providers. If you require a valuation or an updated valuation, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’d be delighted to assist.
