"What an outstanding service from start to finish! We now have a story, a unique natural black diamond ring, and confidence and trust with Temprell's as our go to jeweller in Nottingham. A few months back we went in with an idea. We spoke to Raun about a bespoke black diamond ring, and from there the journey began. Sourcing diamonds, choosing settings and realising the design; even making late night design scribbles on paper into reality. Nothing has been too much trouble, and Raun has been brilliant throughout. Regular updates, images, cad designs and even a wax model. seeing an idea grow into reaity has been mindblowing. Even at the 11th hour Raun pushed through engraving and even offered to deliver the ring if I couldnt make it to the store. That is service above and beyond! We have a superb ring, that has a background and a story, and my wife received the best big birthday present she could wish for. Absolutely brilliant, through and through, quality service, an excellent expierience and such a high quality unique ring at the end. I simply cannot recommend Temprell Jewellers enough."
